  Please be advised that Burns & Wilcox has now changed our payment vendor to Epay. Transactions will now be handled on the Epay website, with no fee assessed for ACH payments. However, there will be fee based on the percentage of the total for credit card transactions. There is no longer a need for a password, unless you want to save your banking information. Once you have reached the Epay site and completed the agency information, you will see the boxes for the payment types.
  
  Please note, the fees are charged by Epay, Burns & Wilcox is unable to waive this fee. If necessary, payments can still be mailed by check to 21503 Network Place, Chicago IL 60673.
